| Discord Weather Bot | Personal project of a weather bot for Discord. Bot gets a user's location by server role assignment and tells the user the weather in their area as well as when the sun sets and other relevant information. It also showed the top weather story for the user. Now defunct due to a required API shutting down. Hardware Support Technician
Responibilities:
- Managed a combined 600~ computers at three separate locations
- Oversaw 25 student employees
- Met with professor and school coordinators to assess software needs and compatibilities
- Created & distributed multiple computer images to 300 workstations twice a year using Symantec Ghost
- Computer hardware maintenance and fixes
- Wrote scripts for printer installation, software installation, and computer testing
- Cataloged operations and instructions using Confluence
Information Technology Consultant
Responibilities:
- Classroom technology (laptops, projectors, document cameras, etc) troubleshooting and maintenance
- Assisting professors and students on how to use technology
- Usage of ServiceNow ticketing system to track and complete tickets
